      Pros

      Great company that cares about the community and their employees. When they say they care about the community and their employees, they mean it and they show it.

      Cons

      Promotions from within depend on the department and your skillset.

      Learning curve with a growing company.

      Pros

      Positive work environment. Friendly co-workers. Banker's holidays. Family-friendly atmosphere. Great location, easy commute.

      Cons

      Have grown so big, so quickly that longtime loyal employees are being displaced. Mid and Upper level Management seems out of touch with employees. They hire from outside instead of promoting from within. A "boy's club" Almost ALL upper management is male.

      Poor Management, Sneaky & Deceptive Practices, knowingly Commits Fraud

      Pros

      Nothing besides great vacation for Top Producers, but then fire them for no reason.

      Cons

      They will wine & dine you to start new branch, thinking you will profit. Deceptive in all areas, They fire Top Producers stating it's "with cause" so they don't have to pay you.
