      Pros

      I started with them in 2008 when they first started their national expansion. They were great to work with in the beginning. Not so good once they got big.

      Cons

      They control all the expenses/profit of the Branch. They arbitrarily reach into the Branch's account take money for newly created corporate office expense's. One time they hit my Branch for 11K in marketing that I never approved or received. Very clicky, if you are lucky enough to be invited into the inner circle your OK if not run. If they decide they do not want you they will run you out of business.

      Great support system for new Loan Officers and offers competitive rates as well as the ability to close loans fast.

      In house lending, Great reputation, Close loans fast, Competitive rates, Great customer service, Plenty of on going training, Great benefits

      Cons

      They don't spend enough money on marketing. Management could me more involved in assisting loan officers in finding new leads.
