      Pros

      1) There is a lot of opportunities for an employee to grow within the organization 2) This is a lot of transparency within the organization which makes it a friendly environment for one to work in. 3) Very approachable leaders, who care.

      Cons

      1) Hiring process must be given more importance.

      Pros

      I am constantly learning about this industry which i didn't have any experience in. The ownership team gave me a chance however. Getting this position in high tech industry. Management seems flexible enough to allow for personal time when i have to go to my kids events.

      Cons

      Selling pressure- I guess I didn't realize the fast paced nature of the It staffing industry. takes getting used to.

      - Pay will be higher they will charge four time higher for client(Where you will work) - Client will ask you to work harder than other employee because they are giving more money to you

      Cons

      - You will be working in client place,there you won't get proper work because you are just contract employee - You will feel like slave in client place, if you got any problem with client your company won't support you - All over for joining this company they will give many false promises

      Thank you for this feedback. We value it and apologize if you felt this way. It looks like you had trouble meeting our client's expectations. Also looks like you had to work hard to meet those expectations and eventually it did not work out. We have had a few isolated incidents of this kind (we can almost count them on our fingers and determine who you are). Our learning is to ensure we do better job of setting expectations with our onsite employees or the ones we relocate (to US) from our India center and do a better job of matching the capability with the complexity of the job. We hope you have another job fitting your skills/expectations and capabilities and wish you nothing but success.
