      Company full of highly paid "Incapables".

      Pros

      None. Honestly there is no reason one should join this company except one.. "if you are not getting job anywhere else in this world". And believe me, the kind of resources they have are actually fits in above case.

      Cons

      1.) Poor Management. 2.) Incapable people so lot of politics among them to prove themselves to grab the opportunity. 3.) Managers are liers. Their first motive is to just save their own job.

      This is a very harsh review, particularly the Advise to the Management to shut the company. If that was the case, Accion would not have to 800+ happy employees and 30+ happy clients in such a short time frame. I request prospective employees and consultants to read this review with a pinch of salt. We are glad that you at least believe that we pay well! We take our employee feedback and ex-employee feedback very seriously but this one lacks objectivity. Again like mentioned elsewhere, we are a fast growing firm and we do have several areas of improvement but we believe our employees are like our customers. You may have felt being treated unfairly, but it all comes down to performance on projects and commitments to our clients/organization. We apologize you had such experience here and wish you well in wherever you are today.

      Join this Desi Company to Destroy your career for few extra Money!!

      Pros

      Fake people fooling clients and then destroying hired employees career.

      Cons

      - Totally Desi company. - The management always lies and make you fool. - Resource is valuable only upto he/she is billable and afterwards you are trash to them. - For earning money make client fool and keep resource working. - Policies on paper are awesome, but in reality behave exactly opposite to it. - At time of appraisal they say Normalization, but at hiring time they show you big big dreams. - Middle management and HRs are lier and show you very nice and big picture at time of joining but when you join the company reality is totally opposite. Company (Management) is made of fake peoples and work culture is pure desi.

      We feel this ex-employee of ours has written multiple critical reviews. We stand by our performance based review model and this person seems to have been let go for performance. Sorry if you felt unfairly treated but we can only provide top notch services to our clients and best compensation and working environment to our employees by being outcome and action driven. Again we are sorry you could not fit into this culture and environment. We hope you have found a job that met your expectations.

      * Lots of Senior Guys who know their stuff * Good Tech stack * Friendly HR * Although the company formed in 2012 they have grown big pretty fast

      Cons

      * Its a service based company so expect a bit of adjusting as per client needs like timing * Also noticed you may have work on contract to other companies * Being a service company there are lot of HR nonsense
