Pros

Pleasant staff over the phone. They are good at saying all the right things but that's where it ends.

Cons

There is NO follow through at all. Been "employed" with them for 5 months and have yet to work with a client. Only sent on 2 meet and greets, yet was approached about 8-10 which I stated I would be interested in but staffing NEVER followed up with me. They say they are working on improving the communication and despite talking with management, I have yet to see any improvement. I am giving my notice today. I work another full time position so this was just meant to be extra income and new learning opportunities, but not worth having to chase down answers. This is their full time job, so they should do better.

Received hands-on training as well as free certification in Basic Life Support etc.

Cons

Management is very unsupportive, manipulative, and self-serving.

Excellent place to gain some experience to prepare you for your long term career goals.

Cons

Change can be good, but there there were always too many changes and it was getting difficult to remain positive and passionate about the direction of the company.
