A True Family Environment
Acero has an incredible family environment that I never really had at any job before. The very first day I was there felt like the 10th year. Everyone was happy to see me and more importantly, to lend a helping hand whenever I asked. My input on issues is valued as well, which I really didn’t have in my last job in Retail. Even though I am very new, everyone listens and respects my input. I don’t feel like a number anymore; I feel like the input is actually valued and I have a voice. This is one of my most important factors in my opinion for any job; to feel valued and listened to, and I certainly have that here at Acero. I personally feel like it really starts with our facility and CEO.
I haven’t had much experience in a Manufacturing setting before this, but I still can tell this place is a big cut above the rest. Everyone is constantly making this place look the best it possibly can. It is extremely refreshing to be in a place where everyone cares about neatness and cleanliness as much as I do. I really feel like this starts with our CEO. I have never worked for someone that cares so deeply about us and about our needs. It is really nice to have that level of care and understanding from someone with this position. I really feel like a valued member rather than a number, and that is why I intend to stay at Acero for a long time coming. I am so happy I have this opportunity, and recommend this place to anyone who wants a better work environment and wants to be valued.
