My colleagues are some of the most talented people in the industry, and also some of my best friends. There is a tremendous amount of room for growth here and numerous people willing to teach. I have seen guys who came in with little or no knowledge of CNC Machining, develop into talented machinists and programmers. We have an internship program that has also benefitted many people by helping them develop their careers and find a path forward in life. The work we do is prestigious and fulfilling, and it is truly a joy to come into work every day and stay late when needed. Most of us don't spend much time watching the clock here, we get things done one after another and the day comes to an end before we know it.

Cons

Although it is not a downside to me, the hours here are extensive, with an average 50 hour week. However that is commonplace in this industry.

Acero Precision is a great company to work with. Their level of team spirit is out of the ordinary. They focus on you, their employee and make you feel very good about your work. The work environment is state of the art and second to none. It's one of those experience you really don't want to miss.
