My co-workers were some of the most amazing and nicest people I know to this day.

Cons

Management knew nothing about the contracts the customer service representatives worked for. The company claims to be school-friendly, that they will work around your schedule, but every single person I know that dealt with them had issues trying to have hours based upon their class schedule. The management was rude and unprofessional.

- sense of a very social community, no matter what level of employee you are - get to work with some pretty interesting brands and events within the endurance space - they promote from within quite often - opportunity for self driven employees take on more responsibilities and personal projects which will actually help the company - overall motivation to live a more active life and to work hard so that you can continue working in this type of atmosphere

- Management seems young and changes quite often

Company is getting sold. In the process the goal has been to reduce overhead, which means people turn into numbers and talented, hard working people get laid off
