great people, with a great wealth of knowledge... however the business is changeling its direction to become more of a corporate environment; which is a great move forward, which will allow better processes and clearler, defined direction

Cons

lack of support across the business. due to the business being sold late 2013, a lot of people have jumped ship, due to the change in management and direction. as we go from a decentralized to a centralized business unfortunately we have to weather the storm of change managemnt for the time being

Pros

Great company culture. Yoga and circuit training at lunch. Good benefits. Gym on campus with all access pool and tennis courts. Good people work there.

Cons

Compensation below average and they tend to move you around to positions they need rather than use you for what you were originally hired on for. The management in my department is horrendous but I have heard their are great managers in other departments. Opportunity to grow is slim to zero opportunity.
