Discount is a joke at 20%, people who buy online and pick up in store get better discounts. Pay to hourly employees is horrible 7.50-8 for drivers 8-8.50 for sales and it takes a act of Congress to bring someone in higher, you cannot get quality people at those rates and then expect who do get to over-perform.
