Pros

Nice location you can save money by renting a house in Mexico since it's right at the border

Cons

Lower pay then most call centers, too much pressure on sales. I would recommend working in the claims dept instead of AT&T winback

Pros

U get paid every two weeks. Possible to learn a lot but you'll have to teach it to yourself. Good experience to take to another job.

Cons

Everything else. They hire any one so lots of high school drama. The pay is not worth how you are treated. No cell phones and dont dare get out of your seat to use the rest room more than once a day. They will constantly threaten that you will lose your job over anything. Went thru about 5 involuntary schedule changes. Even saturdays. Stay away.

They pay well but no amount of money is worth it

Cons

The whole business model is crazy. The folks at the executive level are without a doubt the worst I have ever worked with. No matter what they offer, stay away. It is not worth it.
