Pros

Good pay, you don't have to move around much (which I personally hated), room for advancement (if you are a favorite)

Cons

Management picks favorites and allows them to move up. Its all about who you know, that is the way they promote people. You get talked to like a dog from the customers and management.

None I wouldn't recommend anyone to work there. You will not advance if you don't sweet talk to management

The long drive, supervisors and training classes need a lot of work.
