ATT Customer Service Representative
Pros
Some of the pros of working at ACT are that it is a great experience for someone trying to build their customer service skills, they were very hands on with all employees during training and on the production floor! The general manager would throw out incentives to make selling our products fun and easy! It was a fun environment, they customers are great, I love meeting new people. Having the tools to be able to help a customer with an issue was a wonderful feeling especially when I know that I have made the customers day because I made sure to treat them as the valued customers that they are!
Cons
some of the cons of working for ACT are; they will grant a leave of absence to someone who just needs time away from the job but, not someone who's brother was shot in the head and not expected o make it. They fired me instead of granting me an LOA that I told my supervisor I needed in order to be with my mom. they only cared about selling their products, not at all about the employees that they hired! It was a fun environment not a professional environment which is what I was looking for. I would say that not working their has put me back in my happy place!
