      Money and benefits. You also get vacation time after 90 days.

      Cons

      Management , bonuses are subpar, druggies everywhere and are at work under the influence.

      Pros

      You are able to move up very quickly if you are highly motivated, positive, and have the ability to learn quickly. Your advancement depends on your work effort as it should be. Management cares about each employee even when non-work related. The training is short but efficient. Co-workers are very friendly and treat each other like family.

      Cons

      If you are unable to be in a fast-paced enviroment with computers you will not be able to keep this job not really a con but fact. Only real Con is that if you are not meeting your goals set or if you are not learning the information needed to do your job correctly fast enough you will get yelled at. There isn't much coaching and developing just yelling if your not meeting standards.

      Everything. There are no benefits in this workplace and the company will always lie to you.
