good training in tools used to handle calls. many shifts available

Cons

minimum wage for such a responsible position (handling people's credit card accounts). 80-90 % turnover in employees each year due to low wages and hiring so many people as a first job.

Back to back calls with customers who may or may not know whats going on with their account. Can make for a lot of time trying to pin down transactions customer is disputing
