Pros

They will hire anyone, no drug testing and no background check.

Cons

Everyone starts at minimum wage, no matter what project you are on. Supervisors and Managers don't care why you are missing work they want you to come in no matter what.

Pros

If your deeper for a job, and I mean DESPERATE! They will hire anything that can speak or breathe and it shows.

Cons

Never tell the truth about anything. From the smallest detail to important things. The only thing that is rewarded here is being able to con customers into being happy, con management into thinking you know what you are doing.
