What an unprofessional nightmare this company is. This company lacks true leadership and management. Puts anyone in a manager seat without a vision. This company he no business being a third party company. They are unorganized, not stable, and shouldn’t be in business.

Decent pay, paid vacation, decent health benefits

Cons

This place will hold whatever earned money you’ve made off calls back. I, and multiple others have earned the bare minimum off of commission of sales and VOC scores. They will come up with a excuse and say whatever they can to screw you out of your earned bonuses. Find another line of employment, this place isn’t worth your emotional health and the drama of your management.
