Pros

Insurance, decent pay, work from home in some depts

Cons

Back to back calls without so much as a breath in between, no logouts too notate accounts or anything extra like complaints that have to be filed on calls. It's brutal work with clients screaming at you.

Work from home, provide equipment, benefits, set schedule

Cons

Serious lack of communication. Does not care about their employees. Micromanaging. All negative feedback. Rules are constantly changing without notice. Even if you weren’t told there was a change, you get penalized for it. Almost impossible to get help from a supervisor when you have a question/ need help with something. Outdated information. System always crashing, or issues with equipment.
