Pros
You can quit by no-show. The smartest people left in the training phase, I envy those people.
Cons
1. You will be punished for providing good service to customers, when I worked there were pressured to provide quick service, the expectations is 3 minutes per call, this is a ridiculous amount especially considering when a costumer wants to file a claim this completely extended the time required. 2. Terrible pay. $9 per hour. 3. They lied in the Indeed for the location of office, was supposed to be close to where I lived but commute ended in 2 hours daily, since the interview was a hire in the spot kind of deal (red flag) I couldn't even ask about the work location. 3. You have the teeniest of workspaces, all call agents are basically shoulder to shoulder, call are non-stop and there is usually no break in between call during day hours. This end up being very exhausting. 4. I had 10 hour shifts and they only provided two 10 minute breaks which they were really strict about clocking in on time, considering the time it takes to log in is actually less than that, this is the only time you have to use the restroom.
