Need more in office promotion

1. You will be punished for providing good service to customers, when I worked there were pressured to provide quick service, the expectations is 3 minutes per call, this is a ridiculous amount especially considering when a costumer wants to file a claim this completely extended the time required. 2. You have the teeniest of workspaces, all call agents are basically shoulder to shoulder, call are non-stop and there is usually no break in between call during day hours.
