Pros

There is a lot of support here. The teamwork is terrific. Very upbeat and supportive working environment. The ability to advance is great. I'm planning on relocating and was told that I could get a job at another ACT in another state.

Cons

Although most of our holidays are paid I wish all of them were paid.

Pros

They offer the perfect schedule for me and the starting pay is great! Very polite and professional recruiters! Tina Fowler really made me feel welcome and has a great personality!

Cons

I have no cons... I am a new employee... Everything so far has been awesome!

Pros

Decent benefits. Depending on the program you're in, you can network with the clients and make good contacts for future employment. Opportunities to grow your marketable skillset if you manage your time well.

Cons

Higher leadership is ineffective and cowardly. A lot of bloat and redundancy at the upper end, with your usual self-serving sycophants jumping at their own shadows while the low to mid levels make the meaningful decisions. Your actual job skill means less than your ability to play their little political games.
