Had alot of down time

Cons

Management was the worst they didn’t value you as a human they looked at you as just another number for them to bill the client. Were treated very poorly showed employees no respect supervisors were on a constant power trip and pushed agents beyond their limits.all they cared about was trying to make themselves look good in front of the client with all lies.

Pay is a joke

Pros

Good environment, LGBTQIA+ friendly, ability to work from home.

Cons

This is a job that employees only people 18 years or older, yet they pay us like we are in high school. Granted ACT is a contracted third party for the clients they have, I just feel like the contracts they have with these companies should include a livable wage. $16 an hour is not a livable wage not even a little. Also being put into a drawing for a $50 prize is not a bonus, that’s just a slightly upgraded version of a pizza party but honestly still worse somehow.
