Great Company But Hard To Advance

Pros

I've worked for this company for almost 3 years now and I love it. When I have an issue the upper management does everything they can to resolve it quickly.

Cons

My only problem is I've worked my tail off to be a good agent and it's impossible to advance in the company unless you are on site which I can't do due to my personal life so any hope of advancing and moving up in the company is basically non existent. I wish they would do better and give more opportunities to advance up their work from home agents.

Good pay, mostly remote work, friendly co-workers, great teamwork

Your experience can depend on your department... inconsistent experience thruout company, HR is over-worked which can lead to negative experiences

Pros

Enjoyed the supvisors and other agents.

Cons

They will screw you over. Higher management doesn't care for the lower agents. If you go for a higher position there is no raise. It is "volunteer position".
