Pros

This group is amazing. From day one, you are expected to spend time with everyone in the company, just getting to know each other, your job roles and backgrounds. This leads to a friendly environment build on teamwork and mutual support. If you are a geek like me, there are tons of opportunities to learn new things. There are informal weekly learning sessions, and your exposure to Microsoft engineers, support and marketing teams is a huge bonus, as we are committed to each other's success.

Cons

This is a Microsoft shop. To be the best Microsoft partner, we all need to understand how the tools work, and what the customer journey is like. For me, that meant leaving behind some of my tools, like Trello, Gliffy, and Jira to use Teams, Visio and Office 365. That's not that bad, but it did take me a week or so to learn my way around. Dogs. If you don't like dogs, you're in for it. If you do like dogs, expect to be distracted constantly by opportunities to pet and co-work with some of the coolest mutts around. (Not really a con, but I'm struggling here)

Pros

This listing is somewhat out of date. The Current CEO is Conrad Agramont, not John Gilham. + Agile has some of the best and brightest. Your peers will be innovators and thinkers. + Community is very tight. It's easy to quickly become attached to your colleagues. + Work is mostly self-directed. + Success is recognized and rewarded. + Great benefits. Personal touch from management. Always willing to hear you out.

Cons

+ Work can be difficult. Management will help you if things go wrong, but they are often very busy. + Expectations are pretty high. + Things change very quickly. Adaptability is necessary to keep up with the company's direction. + No grunts. Sometimes if something really needs to get done, you have to get your hands dirty.

Good and Bad - true

Pros

The people there are generally nice, and work hard to do what they do. Ability to work from home when needed and company phones and good health benefits. The IT Director is very good. I agree with both the good and negative things that have been posted.

Cons

Unprofessional conduct from CEO. There is no excuse to scream at people and call them names, in a start up or elsewhere. Respect and self-control have nothing to do with company size.

Thank you for taking the time to review our company on Glass Door. We take pride in all of our employees as they partner with us to work towards a common goal, and we are glad that you have recognized this as one of our strengths at Agile IT. However, we have never had an IT Director position which was stated in your review. As a weakness, you had written there was “unprofessional conduct from CEO” that involved screaming at people and name-calling. In reality, our CEO has very minimal interaction with employees and has not managed our employees since 2012. Our CEO has never directed his comments to anyone personally - as an organization that has migrated hundreds of enterprises to cloud with 100% success, he is demanding of a job well done and will only comment when the work itself is done incorrectly. Such characteristics are not welcome at Agile IT, as we value the opinions and contributions of everyone who works for us. Screaming and name-calling violates our company’s mission and values, and would be called out immediately by our leadership team. Your comment regarding Agile IT’s years in service is incorrect. Although we have experienced amazing success by being named Partner of the Year by Microsoft for the past 5 years, it did not take 10 years to build our achievements. Agile IT incorporated in 2010 with our first employee and has successfully doubled up each year since then. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review on our firm; however, due to the inaccuracy on the items listed above, the review should not be considered valid. Regards, Agile IT
