Pros

There is a huge focus on professional development at Agile IT. The management is constantly encouraging you to learn more, broaden your horizons, and expand your skill set. Tons of training is provided, both inside and outside of working hours. The company is on the cutting edge of cloud computing – the CEO is a literal genius, and being a part of his vision is really inspiring. His vision also includes things like “mini-drone races in the hallway” and “free team lunches”, so that’s a definite plus. There is a pretty solid benefits package – paid time off, holidays, good health insurance, and definitely great opportunities to advance within the company. Agile IT is also generous with providing raises and bonuses. Agile IT is a very understanding employer – when I had a family emergency last year, they were incredibly accommodating and wonderful. It was really nice to be able to attend to my family and not worry about what it would be like to come back to work.

Cons

The learning curve is definitely steep, which can be stressful. But again, there’s some great training provided, so I don’t know if that’s really a con. I keep asking for a rock climbing gym to be added to our office, and that hasn’t happened yet… I guess that’s a con?

Pros

Good people to work with, open lines of communication and collaboration - always striving for input and to grow as a company. A clear and concise vision of where they want to grow as an organization and where they see you as an employee growing and developing. Goals and expectations are clearly defined and management strives to ensure you're happy and successful. They provide training and support to help you advance in your career. Strong company morale among the team in place. Company lunches, events, outings, happy hours...they certainly focus on keeping a collaborative, creative and close team in place.

Cons

Moderately flexible, work/life balance. It can be hectic at times, but they do their best to push work/life balance - sometimes the job itself doesn't always permit it.

Pros

Great benefits and opportunities to advance. Working with new technology.

Cons

Wouldn't really call it a Con but you may need to multitask and learn new roles but it is presented that way during my interview. Not unlike any other job I have had.
