I regret to say that previous comments on here is 110% accurate...as an anglophone and a minority, I experienced some of the worst and obvious racism and discrimination. Due to this, I am actively looking for outside opportunities. Agnico's problems with bullying, discrimination, favoritism, drugs, bad leadership is rampant and throughout. They promote people who should not be in leadership positions. Senior management ignore the problem and is most cases the biggest contributing factor. If you are not French please join at your own risk. They are also incredibly racist to the nunavummiuts, with emails (written record) that directly blame them for issues that is common throughout the entire workforce. Maintenance department has an obvious "clique" that consist of secret behind the door meetings, join this department at your own risk.

Nepotism, favoritism, family connections, old boys club, French first mindset, promotions not based on merit but whether you are in their "clique". Unqualified management, toxic work environment, racism. Not a good workplace for anglophone speaking people. Definitely not a good company to work for. pay is decent but also lower than industry, depending on your position travel is not fully paid either.
