Agnico Eagle recognizes the importance of a work-life balance and simultaneously fosters a family-like atmosphere among all its employees. Every person is approachable and is willing to have a conversation regardless of position. This is a company with an atmosphere bar-none.

Pros

This company really takes care of their people. They treat their employees with respect and believe that family is most important. They provide excellent benefits, training and job security. I'm very happy here.

Cons

Working in the mining industry can be a little volatile but the company has done an amazing job handing the ups and downs of the market.
