No CRM, no lead service. Customers are in an area of responsibility. Problem with that is that the people who have been there 5-8 years have picked up the best customers in your area of responsibility. If you can last a few years, you'll feed off of others leaving.

While the vertical integration of machines thru sales is a great idea, in the rental game all anyone cares about is bottom line price. We constantly got beat by price. Delivery charges were incredibly high and availability of fleet was absorbed by larger hubs like Houston making it harder for smaller market branches, even with sold jobs, to move machines in to move them to customers.
