Great company overall, ability to make good money depending on your location.

Cons

Horrible management in the south east, no oversight from Vegas, no equipment available to rent. The VP in the south is one of the worst leaders I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

Pros

A great place to work if you have drive, and are a motivated individual. Not for people who complain, make excuses and refuse to accept responsibility for their actions. You get out what you put in. The management team in the PNW is strong, they do not micro-manage. I've been supported in every way imaginable.

Cons

So far I haven't found any downsides of working for Ahern. It is like working with your family, only better!
