Cons

Constant belittling, back stabbing and posturing for position. Company is fractured by those who are afraid of being fired and those who want change. Cliquish, you’re on one team or the other.. no honesty or trust, Can’t get out of its on way when making changes

Cons

Upper management doesn't like enthusiastic employees who do a great job. Must be a yes man (definitely not a women) and not question managements poor decisions. Very hostile culture at Ahern

Middle to upper management. The secret???? Everyone is a number when they preach that everyone is not a number. Most people get that we are not truly that important to extreme bottom number but stop over stating that this is a family company. We didn’t ask if it was a family but they keep saying it is.
