Company allowed for a great deal of Independence Pay is decent, but is changing Benefits are good Company vehicle, Gas Card, Expense Card

Cons

Management has changed direction several times lately and it leaves the sales team not knowing what to do To make money in Sales your rates are no longer competitive Company has fired some good quality people Many Management People have resigned, if they weren't fired Many people in sales who have stayed are doing so because of a non-compete Too many mixed messages from upper management not a good work environment

Egregiously mismanaged and directionally incompetent. Standard internal communication vs execution never align. He said she said. Zero desire and/or capacity to perform efficiently. Motivate by fear (do this or you won’t get paid). Significant disconnect between what Ahern HQ thinks of Ahern vs how Ahern actually performs. Underfunded. Oldest fleet in the industry. Make decisions based on emotion, not solutions. Petty junior high boys club mentality has rendered them the unrivaled position as the lowest performer across the nation in fleet metrics, utilization, and profitability.
