Local Branch Managers/Service Managers and team-members are great to work with *Some* Good Customers

Cons

Just about everything else No Equipment Poor Middle Management (Good ole boys club made up of guys who have no clue what they're doing) Too many poor leaders and salesman- some of these guys couldn't sell you know what at a you know where Awful Communication Aging Fleet-some equipment rented out is old enough to Vote and Buy Alcohol Weak pay vs industry average Horrible Benefits Lack of PTO Taking horrible deals just to keep sales team happy even when it loses the company money repeatedly Empty Promises "Family atmosphere" is a complete myth

pay isn't very good, benefits are poor, and need to be with company for 10 years before you qualify for 3 weeks paid vacation

You usually don't work weekends and you get overtime but that's about it. Upper management and visitors seem like they care local branch level does not

Cons

Poor management in every aspect lies around every corner with promises that never come true, You get overworked and underappreciated and underpaid while idiots run the branches making all the money. Never know whether or not you're going to have a job the next day
