There are some good people at Ahern but are few and far between

Cons

They boast a family lifestyle but if you aren't in the clique then you aren't worth their time. They have a high turnover rate for a reason.

-Good place to start with little/no experience -Most techs are helpful. -Will send you for training at various places (they used to).

Cons

-Decent pay (at best) and fight to not give raises. -Terrible benefits. -Leadership is lacking.
