Great company overall, ability to make good money depending on your location.

Cons

Horrible management in the south east, no oversight from Vegas, no equipment available to rent. The VP in the south is one of the worst leaders I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

HR - Doesn't offer any help on benefits. HR depart doesn't work for you, don't expect them to help you. Still waiting for my full benefit package after 2 years. Everything is done at the last minute with unreal time frames. No communication here between departments. Managers have no "back bone" and will only step in when something goes wrong. Since they don't communicate, there is no knowing. The yelling and cursing at employees - UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! They expect everything from the employees without giving. Benefits are below average, no cost of living raises, no sick time off - must use your vacation time (1 week after 1 year).
