Terrible pay, terrible treatment of employees from Ahern. There is no starting PTO, after a year you get one week. You will work lots of overtime and see no compensation. There's a lot of creepy older guys that hit on young ladies, and NOTHING HAPPENS TO THEM. There are no consequences to these people's actions. If you're close with Don Ahern then you're free to do as you please. If you cross him, or lean liberal in any way, prepare to be fired. This company has done next to nothing about COVID and has no intention of complying with any formal orders for safety. Save yourself the time and apply with a company that cares about its employees and will provide the compensation and PTO that a reasonable person needs. Also there are some catty people in the marketing department, beware!

Terrible place to work, racist culture and harassment, multiple law-suits filed against this company that has filed for bankruptcy. A lot of vendors dislike the business because they are owed money. Western States Fire Protection said they were never paid for work done at the El Paso branch. This company follows the good ol' boy system and limits growth & advancement. It is a waste of time working there, very few employers credit the company as a good place to work and frown upon you if it's on your resume. Management is disorganized and cause tremendous headaches on a daily basis. Stressful environment that does not offer stability or job security. There are better companies to work for in the industry. Help yourself out and stay away from this employer. The evidence is in their high-turn over rate & legal problems.

Time off is easily approved because you are not paid for it. There was no PTO when I was there. The Benefits are good but they come at a good price as well.
