Pros

There are no pros to this company.

Cons

No communication. Only out to make money. No care for employees at all. Not truthful or ethical. Company is too large to handle the amount of hotels that they now have.

Pros

None, Really I am not being rude or disrespectful. I am being honest. I am a seasoned professional in this industry and have never seen such an utter mess. If you are an asset owner RUN, do not sign with this company.

Cons

They DO NOT care about the people! They do not communicate! They do not care about their assets. Only the shell game. They work managers like dogs, Worse actually. Their is a dark cloud over this company, to which I have never seen before. The top execs DO not care about anything but the bottom line. beg, steal, cheat, it doesn't matter. no Ethics! the top men only care about themselves and $$$ - I should talk to the discrimination. Its here too.

Pros

This company is a money management guro! They understand how to squeeze every last drop out of a dollar (and a human)!

Cons

If allowed I would have given a 0 ranking. They do not care one single bit about the guest experience or the employee. They provide a cheap and hollow product. Their employees are miserable because they underpaid and not treated well. I was ASHAMED to be apart of property level management. I have worked in the hospitality industry my entire life, and have devoted myself to the guest experience, however I have since left the field. When I made the decision to leave. I chose to leave because this company has zero heart or even family values. I was a number to them and when they were notified of my pregnancy, my life became a living hell. They all but physically forced me out onto my maternity leave 2 months early (which I could not afford) because they felt that at this stage it was "a little much for me" And of the day that I returned only 6 weeks later ( which they only paid for a plan that would compensate me 40% of my salary for only 4 weeks) I was told that I was expected to work 16 hour days. I had to request special hours due to the fact that I was breastfeeding and 16 hours was too long to be away from a nursing child. They gave me a 30 day "adjustment" period where I could work 8 hour days while getting in a routine with my new baby. I began my job search and go out of there within 30 days. The company does not care about the guest and it is evident if you speak to some or read some reviews. I had a life long passion for hospitality bu they genuinely beat it out of me. I would never recommend this company and their portfolio of hotels to ANYONE! Please re consider a career with Aimbridge if you would like a job that cares for you as a basic human and a job where you can feel fulfilled because the guests are enjoying you and their time with you. This is not the place for a REAL hospitality professional.
