Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Unless you are one of the Exec's, they don't care about you. They will work you to death, because when you leave they'll just replace you. They have huge turnover but don't understand that the problem is them. Most departments are understaffed except Accounting. Accounting is overstaffed with people right out of school, and the company gives no to little training so they don't know what they are doing.

Pros

Management isn't the sharpest

Cons

We have to clock in and out, work 47 1/2 hours a week to get our 40 hr. salaried pay, that we made before they made us punch a clock. If you take a PTO or Vacation day, for you to get paid your 47 1/2 hr. pay, you must make up time to equal the 7 1/2 hours of overtime, They only pay you for 8 hrs of PTO or vacation time. Their management team is full of Good Old Boys and people that don't tell the truth and are afraid of the Good Old Boys in Texas, full of hot air. Personally, I think that AImbridge Management couldn't get jobs anywhere else.

Pros

Fast growing company. They pay well. Lots of opportunities to move around due to the number of hotels they manage.

Cons

They pay their managers hourly, they require a 47.5 hour work week to receive your full salary and due to this they cause you to lose money when you take PTO time. It's the good old boys club it's not about your skills or experience it's all about who you know.
