Their negative reviews are disappearing somehow, but don't be fooled.

Pros

There are several truly great, stand out people who work here. The building looks nice. They make a great kool-aid, if you're into drinking that sort of stuff.

Cons

If you like asking questions and having an opinion you probably shouldn't work here. If you like to work a normal amount of hours per week, or get paid fairly, you probably shouldn't work here. If you like to have a job description and open and honest conversations with your supervisors, you definitely shouldn't work here.

Pros

Lucrative exclusive contracts with insurers and companies

Cons

Closed minded, revolving door for providers, mediocre benefits. Providers are the workhorses. Pressure to market and drive new patients, keep up with middle management pet projects, hypervigilent about lawsuits. The technique is extremy hard on the thumbs. No programs to help that. Pay is a monthly bonus only. There are no commissions or salary. If you don't make your quota you owe the company. If you actually retire there is nothing waiting for you but your own contributions to your 401k. Very top heavy in management. There are more than 20 Vice Presidents. Very small to no chance of advancement

Not what they claim to be.

Pros

The treatment provided truly does help a lot of people.

Cons

Treatment teams in the field/clinic are overworked and undervalued. They are pressured heavily to work weekends, and as late as 6 to 630pm during the week, meanwhile headquarters is a ghost town come 5pm. They preach being advocates for mental health yet ignore all the mental anguish they inflict by intruding on employee work life balance as well as making them feel expendable by laying off colleagues and transferring people to departments unrelated to the position they initially applied for all in the name of utilization. This company used to be worthwhile and existed outside of your typical corporate mold. But now nepotism, bad decision making, "streamlining" (less people more work), and lack of transparency are the norm. This place is a sinking ship tossing off its "valued" employees to drown.
