Pros

work from home options, and flexibility with hours, will sometimes promote within

Cons

pays under market value for positions, puts a lot of effort into trying to convince employees that culture is big and people are more than just numbers, but have shown that (unless you are in their inner circle of relatives of upper mgmt and legacy employees) people are expendable. They will fire people quickly without explanation and expect others to absorb more work, without offering more pay for the additional workloads. Red flag: anywhere that tries to convince their employees that they're like family, and they care so much. This may have been true once, but they've made it very clear that the bottom line is what matters and most employees are discarded without batting an eye. Gaslighting people into thinking they matter is code for underpaying in corporate lingo.

Low pay, high stress and mental anguish

Pros

The treatment teams do a great job on providing the individualized care for patients. The treatment truly helps people get out of pain.

Cons

The pay is terrible, and management's needs are too high. The management that's in place in the patient advocacy team (PAT) is simply there because of playing favorites and being cliquey. They don't know how to manage a team properly, and pass blame onto lower-tier employees. It's all about numbers and quotas for them, with no regard of employees' mental health. They don't care that you're burned out. The turnover rate is so high across the company that they make individuals train for other roles that they were not initially hired for and they don't compensate you properly for everything else you do. For the customer service department, they half train you then throw you to the wolves to fend for yourself. On top of that, the communication is basically non-existent within and among departments, which leads to errors on patients' accounts. This company has changed in the last few years, and not for the better. Doctors and recovery specialists are leaving en masse thanks to the new compensation plan that’s not properly compensating anybody. There's a widespread lack of accountability, and they're making the treatment teams and most of their patient advocacy team (PAT) suffer the brunt of it. They micromanage you to death and are more focused on quantity over quality. No chance of advancement.

Thank you for your feedback. We are constantly striving to improve. Recently, we welcomed a new Leader for our Patient Advocate Team that we believe will bring great value to the Team, communication and training processes. We are also very proud that Airrosti’s turnover remains consistently lower than the Healthcare benchmark, with an average tenure of over 6 years and over 150 Team Members with over 10 years of service at Airrosti. Please feel free to contact the Human Resources Department at any time and we wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors. – Airrosti HR Team

Pros

The support center in San Antonio is probably a great place to work if you aren't on the phones. It's grueling work with too few people doing the job. Tired of explaining why the treatment costs so much yet? Providers are off on their own. You're a cog in the wheel my friend. If they need to move you to a different location, they will with no regard for patient relationships. Sometimes they'll decide you aren't profitable and just close your office. They pay rent to doctors offices and share some of the profit, if you're an MD why wouldn't that be a great deal? Your thumbs will hurt everyday if you do the treatment like you're told. Ask the old timers if they still treat like they train the new docs. Don't be fooled by the offered "salary" because it's not a salary. It's a loan on commission. You're a commissioned sales person. The good-it works. It helps patients. So does fascial distortion technique or FDM. Basically the same thing. You do get a cut of the sales on foam rollers, lacrosse balls and stuff.. So sell a lot of those.

Cons

Read the above. If you treat like you're supposed to, it will hurt you. There's no coming back from arthritis. Those fortunate to become trainers or regional managers or the like are thankful they don't have to treat 10-15 patients per day.
