Pros

Free treatments from the Doctors

Cons

This company has changed for the worst in the last 3 years and the writing is definitely on the wall now. Management in RCM is so horribly toxic now with tons of favoritism and very unprofessional. They harass employees until they're forced to quit and micro manage the remaining employees to an unfair degree. They will not tell you when you’re doing a “bad job” until it comes to when you’re supposed to get an annual raise and then they use that as an excuse to not give you one. How are employees supposed to improve if we are never given feedback from management? And since so many employees have quit recently the extra workload continues to get pushed onto the remaining employees without any kind of additional training or extra compensation. Quiet hiring at its finest at this company. There used to be decent perks and benefits when I first started here but they are all being taken away now which leaves no benefit to working at Airrosti at all. I DO NOT recommend working for this company. Stay away!!!

Pros

Having a stable job is always nice

Cons

You’re just a cog in their machine. Management does whatever they want with no regard to how it’ll impact your practice. They push you to flex visits so patients receive half of the service you’re supposed to provide for the same amount of money which results in worse outcomes. You’ll be hired for one job and then forced into doing stuff for other departments with no warning or added compensation. This company does not care about you as an employee, they’ll spout that they won awards as best company to work for when in all honesty, you’ll be entering into a cult-like culture. Everyone drinks the kool-aid, thinking the company is awesome when in reality, only upper management has it made. You can’t express anything negative about the company or its ideas unless you enjoy being ostracized. They love to micromanage and only care about numbers. As a treatment team, you’re the lowest on the totem pole and you have to do all of the work to build your practice even though there’s a whole department designed to help with business development. There’s absolutely no growth opportunities. Don’t work here.

Micromanaged to death

Pros

Don’t have to worry about insurance

Cons

The never ending micromanaging is the worst part of Airrosti. You have evaluations every quarter and no matter what they will find something wrong and make you feel like you’re a horrible chiro. They apparently are terrified of lawsuits so you have to make sure everything is perfect with what you say during those evals. If they don’t say everything perfectly then you get a mentor who micromanages you even more. They treat chiropractors like they don’t know anything. They only hire younger chiropractors so they can bully them. All the older chiros have been there forever. You can never disagree with anyone or they will see you as not part of their culture. Middle management is a joke and they do things pretty much just to prove their jobs hold value. Everything they do is worthless. The pay sucks. They take money out of your paycheck if you don’t collect enough. So the salary they state doesn’t even exist really. They expect you to market all the time but you get paid to see patients (because pay is based on collections) not market. So basically all that is free labor for them. They only see you as an investment and that’s it. Most of the people in upper management have the biggest egos and all they talk about is CrossFit and working out. If you aren’t part of their ‘family’ and make friends with them then you will end up getting let go. Most of upper management act like children also. They don’t know how to lead whatsoever.
