Pros

Strong technology and they're hiring

Cons

Toxic work environment with every sales leader and C-level executive, ESPECIALLY the CEO, being the worst micromanagers I have ever worked with. The Account Executives are BDRs. We are required to get on video calls 3 hours per day while we do prospecting together on video to make sure it is being done while being required to fill out a daily prospecting sheet. Quota is 100 emails and 100 phone calls per day on their automated phone caller. EVERY AE I've talked to is looking for a new job with the average tenure of reps being short, they come in, see the toxic culture and start the interview process to get out ASAP. That's why they have you sign a document stating you'll reimburse the company for recruiters fees if you quit within one year. Two days in sales leadership required 50 calls and 50 emails a day and your entire rolodex of relationships to set appointments, while not being trained, and requiring a long non-compete. Do not make this huge career mistake unless you don't have a job and have to get one. But even then, know that you'll be required to do 5-7 hours of prospecting, cold-calling and spam emails, every single day while you're looking for your new job.

Pros

It's AI product capabilities and potential combined with the addressable market was a great recipe for endless success.

Cons

Unfortunately, that recipe also called for blood, sweat, and tears only to deliver a disappointing product, customer experience, and and employee experience. My compliments to the Chefs who decided to create a work culture so toxic that the average tenure of employees I was exposed to when I was there was 6-8 months. - CEO and other sales "bosses" there are dictators and micro-managers to the point that they'd hijack deals then run them into the ground - CEO lied to and disrespected customers as much as he did the employees (hence why deals were run into the ground) - They made new employees complete positive Glassdoor reviews to manipulate the ratings - Trying to get deserved commissions was like pulling teeth - They fired great employees prior to their bonus/commission date to save a buck - They got customers who signed off on Aisera fired when Aisera couldn't deliver - Work/Life Balance didn't exist and the CEO even made a joke about it - Overtime without pay wasn't just expected, but the norm whether it was after normal business hours (like past midnight) or even weekends - Zero responsibility and accountability of the CEO when he made mistakes (which happened daily) - Everyone used to describe the CEO throwing temper tantrums like a child and to treat him that way - No value and appreciation of the sales team, as if the CEO just hated sales people

Pros

Solid product in the industry!!

Cons

I have never encountered such a terrible CEO. This individual, who has single-handedly destroyed the morale and productivity of the entire company, treats people with utter contempt. Not only does the CEO lie to his employees and customers, but he also demonstrates astounding incompetence. It's a wonder how he even made it to the top position. The CEO's leadership style is based on fear and intimidation. He is quick to belittle and criticize anyone who doesn't toe the line, and he has no qualms about throwing people under the bus to cover up his own mistakes. We have lost so many deals because the man-baby needs to feel important and create an illusion of being valued. It is no surprise that turnover at the company is at an all-time high, with many talented employees leaving due to his toxic behavior. Look at the other Glassdoor reviews, and you'll learn more. In addition to his appalling treatment of people, the CEO is also an untrustworthy liar, making promises that he never intends to keep and withholding important information from his team. All in all, this company is a sinking ship, and I advise you to avoid it like the plague. The CEO has shown extreme anger and craziness, and he has no respect for employees. He should be fired by the VC! He is not a human being! Please do think twice before joining Aisera. Otherwise, be prepared to have the crazy CEO breathing down your neck 24/7.
