Pros

Recent changes in upper level management are providing an abundance of new opportunities within the newly defined organization.

Cons

Many changes occurring displacing some and concerning others. Access to resources is limited during this time of transition.

Pros

Very Stable Management and now with Akzo Nobel taking over the future looks very good.

Cons

Not enough field input in some of the Sales impacting decisions and old pos system that lengthens the sales process.

Pros

Large infusion of capital by Akzo Nobel for commercials, sponserships, and PR. New product line, new advertisments, and great benefits.

Cons

Seems like the some of the same folks from ICI are still running the show. Why? There is no professional training program as found in other large corp's. Why doesn't Strongsville promote capable sales reps from the field, instead of the typical "who you know folks"?
