Paid weekly, current software, ok benefits

Cons

Over worked, lean staff. Instead of hiring enough personnel to get the job done they over work their current staff. They continue to do acquisitions to grow the business but haven’t worked the kinks out and expect current staff to take this additional work on. Not to mention corporate management is disrespectful.

It's a good lesson on how to not run a company.

Cons

Can't trust corporate management. They institute a bonus plan, then triple and quadruple the hourly labor burden so that your jobs look less profitable. If these guys come knocking and the owner of your company decides to sell, get your resume out ASAP. Company is owned by venture capital firm.

*MANAGEMENT* Employee morale is always low and has been for years. A lot of lay offs. Company cares more about having a lot of branches rather then putting time and money into the ones they already have
