Good amount of overtime at first to make up for the low compensation

Cons

Be careful when you sign your contract, they sneak in things like differential pay into you base salary, when it should be separate. Benefits are very basic but you’re paying a high price if you add anyone else to the insurance. Check your paystub for missing hours as they constantly change payroll systems. Good luck trying to get straight answers out of management.

All major holidays paid off, frequent luncheons, decent pay and hours

Cons

Average age of employees are grandparents and have their own club, system is out dated and produces extra work, communication could improve, gossip and secrecy less.

Cons

Sink or swim mentality. You are all alone at the clients. No training at all, senior project managers don't even pick up their phones when you need to ask questions
