They are desperate to find people. Some coworkers are nice. New vacation policy we all get 3 weeks

Cons

Alcami is going up in flames fast. Budget cuts are affecting the lower level employees while ELT and sales line their pockets and throw away money on things that fit their needs. Overtime is the expectation.

You'll get enough experience to leave in 1-2 years, much like everyone else. If you stay longer, my sympathies to you and your family.

Cons

Fresh grads are lured in with promises of advancement in a rapidly expanding business, but it's smoke and mirrors. Senior management does their best to keep employees just miserable enough to not find a new job. When you do find a new job, expect senior management to disparage you behind closed doors - you were obviously not the right fit, right?! Rest assured those still stuck, the grass really is greener on the other side; everyone who finds a new job is actually much happier in the short and long term.
