Pros

Only pro that I can say is that they have a nice office, but please don't be fooled by this image they portray, because I did

Cons

Delusional company who thinks that they are the best in what they do, everything is all talk but no action. Pretends to be a giant family but then turns around to squeeze everything out from you for their benefit. Please don't waste your time here

Pros

No pros to talk much about this company. Only friday flocket is something better to the employees.

Cons

- If you work with ALEPH you will cheat by your self. - You need to work more than 20+ hrs daily. - You need to handle more than 4 projects at a time with a strict dead line. - Officially they will say you need to work on WEEKENDS, and they wont pay for you. - They will cheat you with singapore offer , they applied VISIT VISA and ask the employees to work. - Project managers at the client location doesn't have any idea about the project. - Aleph forced to post "Positive reviews" in glassdoor. - You can't work anywhere in Malaysia after joining due to 3 months notice period, and You can't work with any ALEPH clients for 2 years after reliving from the company. It will be mentioned in your offer letter. - They don't care much about employees life. Officially they will say you need to work for whole night and ask employees to be in time for office before 10:00AM - They wont accept your annual holidays. Even you applied before 3 months.

Dear Former Employee, Thanks for taking the time to write this review. We are committed to creating a high performing, transparent and collaborative environment for all our employees, so we are disappointed to hear about some of your experiences. We appreciate the feedback you have provided and we will keep them in mind when reviewing our ability to provide an amazing experience to our employees. Just like most digital agencies, there are crunch times and there are downtimes. We accept that these are part of the industry, and when crunch times come around, we are lucky to have over 400 dedicated team members in the region who are excited about delivering a large scale project, who are willing to work longer hours when it is required. That said, this is countered by downtimes which is not as demanding and gives respect to work-life balance for our employees. This includes your point regarding working weekends which does happen from time to time in our industry due to client requirements, and we ensure that our employees are aware of this ahead of joining as it is also listed down in our employment contract and we currently feel the terms regarding this are very fair to all parties. We aim to employ the best people, but we have also made a few mistakes along the way, which may have potentially lead to your bad experience with a project manager. We don't believe in immediately replacing an employee, but giving them a chance to grow through experience and training. As a team, we hope to grow and support each other. As Aleph matures, we continuously look for ways to enhance our employee culture and work environment. The past few years, we have seen a positive evolution of this, but we have learned from our mistakes as well. We thank you once again for your feedback and we wish you all the best in your future endeavours. With gratitude, The Happiness Team

Pros

- Able to travel to SEA countries to work. - Nice activities every Friday - Nice new people

Cons

- Company policy is very bad. Your notice period will be 3 months but only 1 month for them to fire you. - They will try to force you to sign off many agreements. All are to make sure you cannot work in Singapore for another company anymore. - You will have very less MC days. - They don't care much about your life. - They always talk about working hard and push your day until midnight. If you are FA, no worries. - They usually postpone your annual review. - They rarely keep their promises. - Money is everything.
