Pros

no benefit to working here, don't join!!

Cons

- No salary increases or bonuses. - Frequent unfulfilled promises. - Poor management with decisions centralized to the CEO in Singapore, even for other regions. - Employees are overworked, particularly on Singapore projects, often requiring weekend work without overtime pay. Replacement leave is offered but must be used within a month, making it impractical. - Lack of employee appreciation. - Excessive unnecessary events. - High levels of internal politics within management. - A tendency to blame individuals for problems beyond their control. - Micromanagement is prevalent. - Mentally taxing work environment. - Only two toilets available. - Small office space yet employees are expected to come in despite the lack of space. - HR always sides with management and often has no answers since decisions are made solely by management. - The only benefit provided is health insurance, and even parking expenses cannot be claimed. - Clear favoritism, especially towards employees in Singapore.

Pros

- Diverse and friendly team - Great learning opportunity for juniors - work from home 2 days a week I had a great experience in those early years, but now that the company has shifted from creative engineering work to staffing services, it feels completely different.

Cons

- company has shifted from a creative engineering agency to operating primarily as a manpower services provider - slow to almost no career growth - no work life balance, expect to work on your leave - compensation below market rate - open office based on first come first serve. sometimes there is no place to sit but you are required to come - working on multiple projects with different tech stacks at the same time with all high urgency - no job security, always on edge and stressed. you never know when is your last day. - favouritism - Aleph Singapore > Aleph Malaysia
