-Good Experience being exposed to so many things/overtime -Idealistically an impactful job -Work from home opportunities
Cons
-Low Pay, reviews were “forgotten” -Had to listen to the top brag about how well the company was performing -Overworked, understaffed, and had to work with language barriers that comes with outsourcing critical patient requests -Constant pressure of working more than 8 hours and weekends -Constantly changing structures and a lack of standardization -Management was mostly unapproachable at best, downright abusive on average
