They are very sexist when it comes to IT, you do not get trained to do a job, they will put you in situations where you are not comfortable and they will fire you if you get sick.

Health insurance is incredibly expensive for high deductibles and poor coverage... and this is at a healthcare-focused company! Heaven help you if you can only afford the HSA plan and have a serious medical episode. Leadership is a mixed bag. Some people are very focused on doing things right, treating their staff very well, and making sure the organization stays true to its values; others are simply trying to amass an empire, subscribing to the mantra that whoever has more employees under them wins, and they will step on anyone and everyone who might be in their way to better their career.
