Pros

I would say the receptionist that had been on the job 2 days was very nice. The facility was clean in appearance.

Cons

Waste of time! Management posted a job for a facilities maintenance engineer. Description "Employee must have proven experience with repairing and installing equipment coupled with general maintenance issues and building operations. ***HVAC and electrical*** knowledge is ***required***". Experience with ***BMS*** software is a plus." However, what they wanted was a handyman. The Facilities manager told me at the interveiw " We don't do work on the HVAC system or electrical." She further stated, We put together chairs and cubicles, a big job is hanging a white board or an ash tray. Furthermore, Must be knowledgeable of camera software, technical competence with the **Mechanical Engineering of Commercial Buildings and Facilities**, knowledge of HVAC.

Pros

Paid training was amazing. They really want you to pass the training. Benefits are excellent too.

Cons

Working more than 3 doubles in a row is not good for anyone. Changes still need to be made with work hours.

Pros

Let's get the obvious out of the way, flight benefits. - If you work on the marketing/commercial team you get offered free tickets to concerts/events at the TMobile arena and Allegiant stadium - 100% remote but there's an office if you want/need (some teams vary, finance is not remote) - Unlimited PTO*** (again if you work in the correct department) - Lots of opportunities to see each other throughout the year for All Hands meetings, events, parties, etc.

Cons

- Rarely receive salary increases. - Profit-sharing payouts are very modest. - Some managers lack experience due to their age and may benefit from further development in their role as leaders. - Recognition for hard work is not frequently provided by upper management or other individuals. - Several employees have limited experience due to working exclusively for one company (Allegiant) - Remote work eligibility may vary depending on the specific department in which you are employed (ex. finance is required to go in office) -- The same goes for unlimited PTO

Allegiant Air Response

Thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We apologize you felt there was a lack of communication, and leaders didn’t express enough appreciation. We recently implemented a recognition platform that allows managers to easily recognize team members with points that can be used on a variety of items. We offer FTO (Flexible Time Off) to all our salaried employees, not just certain departments. Our profit-sharing program is a nice addition to our overall compensation package, but the payout isn’t guaranteed and based on the company’s performance. Lastly, we follow fair hiring practices and if you have further feedback feel free to reach out to our Talent Team at recruitment@allegiantair.com.
